Terms & Conditions

Thank you for purchasing from EsmeLoves. By using this website and/or placing an order we ask that you adhere to the following terms and conditions. 

Prices: All items will be processed at the price listed on the website. Prices exclude import duty, shipping and any other cost accumulated due to postage and packaging. It is not the responsibility of EsmeLoves to cover the cost of any import duty that may be placed on your order from outside the UK. Any discount code applied must be entered when the customer is asked to do so, no discount can be applied once the order has been submitted. 

Description: The images used on EsmeLoves website are a true reflection of the product.  All images show the items on sale and whilst slight adjustments have been made to the lighting of the images, we feel the photo reflects the product you are purchasing. Please be advised that the use of natural gemstones means that each item is unique in its appearance and therefore they may be slight changes to the stone and the reflection of light/appearance of the colour, this maybe true when viewing items through a range of different computer/screen choices. EsmeLoves does not take responsibility of any damage or harm the item may cause when worn incorrectly or used in the wrong way. 

Copyright: EsmeLoves is proud of the timeless and unique design of their jewellery and takes intellectual property very seriously. Any designs known to be 'copied' will be subjected to the Design Rights UK legislation.

Orders: Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation mail to inform you that your order has been placed. If your order is successful then it will be processed and dispatched within 5 working days. Orders will not be processed until payment has been made. Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been sufficiently made. EsmeLoves has the right to cancel your order if a) the stock is not available b) payment has not been made c) the credit/debit card used to make the payment has not passed the relevant verification checks d) the item purchased has been listed with an error in pricing or detail. If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email informing you of such and a refund of the payment you made. If we cannot process your order due to lack of stock of the item we will contact you to offer you an alternative. In the case of this not being appropriate we will refund all monies paid. 

Refund/returns: EsmeLoves will refund purchases made if the following has happened 

  • The item has arrived and is damaged - photographic evidence will be required to confirm this.
  • The item/s delivered is not what you ordered - this will be checked against the original order. 
  • You are not happy with your purchase and you wish to return the items and be given a refund. Please note that refunds will be processed once the item has been returned and it has been checked for no wear and tear. Please be advised that due to hygiene issues we cannot accept earrings on a refund basis. 
  • The return of the item is the customers responsibility. EsmeLoves cannot refund an item that has gone missing on its return or arrives with an unreported issue. We suggest you return your items in a secure manner that ensure that are received. We also request that item are packed appropriately with the original packaging.
  • a refund cannot be given if the item is not returned. 

As you are purchasing online we appreciate that once you receive your order you might have changed your mind about the colour of the stone or the style you want. In this case we would be happy to exchange an item if the original is unworn. Please do contact us and request the exchange. If the item is the same price you will just need to pay for postage, if the item is more then we send you an invoice for the difference and we will send out the new item once the original has been returned and the payment has been processed. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the return of the item in a safe and secure manner. 

Validation Checks: We want to ensure that your order with EsmeLoves is as secure and smooth as possible. By ordering through EsmeLoves website using a credit, debit or charge card you consent to the relevant checks that allow your order to be processed. If your authorising bank does not provide consent EsmeLoves cannot be held responsible for any delays or non delivery of your order. To carry out relevant checks an appropriate  third party may be involved. In order to complete appropriate checks we may need to contact you by letter, email or phone. All information provided will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
